This plan is for the couple that only needs very limited help because they have already done most everything. You have already secured all your Vendors and only the final payments need to be collected for them. This plan is for the couple that only needs a coordinator for the rehearsal and day of the wedding because you should not need to worry about anything on our Big Day. · Communicate 2 weeks prior to the wedding to get Vendor and Wedding Party contact info. · Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination. Travel charges may apply over 50 miles. · Itinerary for rehearsal, wedding and reception. · Arrive early to ensure Venue is ready and the reception area is ready. · Ensure snacks provided by the couple are set up in Bride/Groom suites before the ceremony. · Deliver any last payments and tips to Vendors to see if they need anything. · Day of Wedding Coordination and Management until the end of your Big Day. · Available to assist the couple from the beginning until the end of your Wedding Day. · Ensure flowers for the wedding party and family are distributed. · Work with DJ and MC to cue the party for the music for ceremony and reception. · Work any logistics that might arise from the start to the finish of your Big Day. · Ensure all is ready for the couple's send off (limo, sparklers, etc.) · Coordinate with the selected party by the couple to handle and transport gifts for you.
